watchdog-appux-storyboard2

An inked sketch of a comic showcasing use of a safety app. A young woman is leaving a Club in her coat and says "Bye everyone!" She is waling down an alleyway, and suddenly hears a rattling sound behind a trash can to which she thinks "hmm?" there was a figure in a dark hoodie behind the can, and they slowly encroach on her with a weapon. The next panel shows Inside of her coat pocket, pressing large buttons that are able to be worked without viewing the phone screen. As the figure draws closer, a loud sound comes from the phone that says "Back Away! The authorities are on their way!" and makes siren sounds. In the final panel, the woman is on the phone with someone. They say "Hey! I got your safety alert. Are you okay?" to which the woman says "Yup. I triggered the loud alarm and he ran off. Looks like the scare worked!" The voice on the phone says "Thank goodness! Glad you're safe - call me when you're home!" To which the woman says "Will do. I'm glad I could let you know without drawing attention to the fact that I texted you...in case it hadn't scared him off!" and then the panel says "End!"
